All frames and mirrors are despatched within 3-7 working days. Deliveries will be sent Tracked via Royal Mail and you will be notified when your item is despatched with tracking information. All A2 frames and mirrors are sent through UPS.

We ship worldwide from the UK with deliveries despatching within 3-5 working days. A5, A4 and A3 frames will be sent through Royal Mail with European deliveries aiming to take a further 3-5 days, and ROW 5-7 working days. A2 frames and Large Mirrors will be sent via courier, with delivery completing in 3-12 working days.

P&P costs are based on weight - in some cases the price quoted can be higher than the final delivery cost. If this is the case then the difference will be refunded. Please email katie@almaframes.com if you have any queries on International Delivery costs.

Please note Customs and Duties are not included and vary between countries. Please be aware these costs may be charged on receipt of goods. For an estimate of these costs please email katie@almaframes.com.

All frames include a snow white mount with apertures measuring as above. We have customisable options available: 

Matching Mount - all mounts can be customised to match the colour of your chosen frame. Once you have decided which frame colour you would like, please tick Matching Mount to add this to your basket. This matching mount will then replace the standard snow white mount.  

Custom Mount - we can customise all mounts to fit the artwork of your choice. Once you have decided which frame size will hold your artwork, please tick Custom Mount to add this to your basket. Once purchased please email katie@almaframes.com with your exact mount aperture measurements. Please note any delay in sending these measurements will delay delivery.

Custom mounts can also be customised to match your frame colour - in this case please select both Custom Mount and Matching Mount when ordering.

Photo Printing - a photo of your choice can be printed and sent within your selected frame. Photos will be printed on semi-gloss photo paper in 6x4in for A5 frames, 5x7in for A4 frames, and A4 (21x29.7cm) for A3 frames to fit the standard mount included. Instax Square photos are also available to print for A5 frames with an Instax Square Mount selected.

To purchase photo printing please select Photo Printing, and once purchased please send your photo to katie@almaframes.com. Please note any delay in sending the photo will delay delivery. 

Instax Photo Mounts - we offer mounts to fit both 'Instax Square' photos and 'Instax Mini' photos for A5 frames. These mounts will replace the standard 6x4in mount. Please select either Instax Square or Instax Mini when ordering.

Anti-Reflective Glass - this glass is acid-etched on one side to give a slightly blurred surface. This will reduce reflection/glare but will not eliminate it. 

Please note we cannot currently make frames to custom sizes or colours.

To clean, dust with a dry cloth. Clean glass or mirror separately with glass cleaner and microfibre cloth to avoid streaks. As the frame is a painted surface please lay on a soft surface when inserting your photo or print to avoid scratching the paint.

To attach to wall please use hanger on frame with a nail or screw. Avoid placing above beds or within reach of children due to glass. Do not place above cots or any position where a baby may sleep. Please check your frame on delivery to ensure no damage has occurred during transit. If you would prefer acrylic glass in your frame please email katie@almaframes.com to check availability.
